Using Familiar Tools:
To register, visit: https://www.clicktoattend.com/invitation.aspx?code=136713
During this Coffee Talk, we will talk about how using familiar tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word and a browser can make it easier to adopt Team System widely inside of an organization. Adopting a new tool or encouraging broader use of a tool requires implementation, training, and adoption. Unfortunately, it’s sometimes difficult to get teams to adopt new products. Being able to access these new products with familiar tools makes them easier to adopt.

TeamSolutions™ – Connecting VSTS and MS Office
To register, visit: https://www.clicktoattend.com/invitation.aspx?code=136714
TeamSolutions™ provides increased project visibility and communication by integrating Visual Studio Team System with Microsoft Office. This enables all stakeholders in a software project to work in their day to day applications while still utilizing Visual Studio Team System as the project center, reducing training costs and increasing productivity. Come join us for a demo of TeamLook™ (Outlook Integration) and TeamSpec™ (Word Integration) followed by Q & A!

Using Project Server with Team System
To register, visit: https://www.clicktoattend.com/invitation.aspx?code=136715
Project Server can be a powerful tool to balance resources, ensure development teams aren’t overworked, coordinate many long-running yet simultaneous projects, and aggregate project metrics to managers. But Project Server can even be useful for small teams! For instance, did you know Project Server has a powerful, yet easy to use, time tracking system built in? Did you know it can be used to roll up hours into ‘parent’ work items? It can! The difficulty has always been to integrate the information between Project Server and Team Foundation Server. In this presentation we’ll demonstrate ways that Project Server can be used effectively with projects being run in Team System. We’ll also discuss ways to ensure success, and strategies for not becoming overly prescriptive when using Project Server.
